    1. Dispute Resolution Process

    a) Communication: In the event of a dispute between members regarding a transaction, we encourage the parties involved to communicate and attempt to resolve the issue amicably. This can be done through direct messaging or any other agreed-upon method of communication available on the Website.

    b) Mediation: If the parties are unable to reach a resolution through direct communication, they may request mediation assistance from Modding. Mediation involves the intervention of a neutral third party to facilitate communication and negotiation between the parties.

    c) Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may choose to initiate arbitration. Arbitration is a formal process where an impartial arbitrator reviews the evidence and arguments presented by both parties and makes a final and binding decision to resolve the dispute. The arbitration process will be conducted in accordance with the Rules and procedures agreed upon by Modding.

    2. Dispute Eligibility

    a) Eligible Disputes: Disputes related to transactions conducted on Modding.net, including but not limited to payments for services, digital goods, or any other items exchanged between members, may be eligible for resolution through the dispute process.

    b) Ineligible Disputes: Disputes that fall outside the scope of Modding.net transactions or involve illegal activities, fraudulent behavior, or activities in violation of the Terms of Service, may not be eligible for resolution through the dispute process. Modding reserves the right to determine the eligibility of a dispute.

    3. Dispute Resolution Decision

    a) Binding Decision: The decision reached through mediation or arbitration is binding and final. Both parties agree to abide by the decision made by the mediator or arbitrator.

    b) Modding's Role: Modding acts as a facilitator in the dispute resolution process and does not assume any liability for the outcome of the dispute resolution. Modding is not responsible for enforcing the decisions made in the dispute resolution process.

    4. Refunds and Compensation

    a) Resolution Outcomes: If a dispute is resolved in favor of one party, the resolution may include remedies such as a refund, compensation, or any other agreed-upon resolution between the parties involved.

    b) Responsibility of the Parties: It is the responsibility of the parties involved to honor the resolution outcome and take appropriate actions as required.

    5. Limitation of Liability

Modding shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from disputes between members, including but not limited to those arising from transactions or the dispute resolution process. Users engage with the dispute resolution process at their own risk.

    6. Updates to the Transaction Dispute Policy
